A Letter We Received

Dear Owners,

I left Charlotte for the West Coast 13 years ago. For the 8 years I lived in Charlotte I visited R&R with my family at least twice a month because we loved the family atmosphere and great food. My 8 kids all still remember R&R. This is my first visit back to Charlotte in 13 years, and I went out of my way to come back and visit R&R. Things change with time and I was afraid the welcoming family atmosphere of R&R may have changed. I am delighted that R&R still has the same family atmosphere. Your staff are still kind, welcoming, and very proactive in their service, and your food is as good as ever. Your recipe of success is working. Don’t change!

Thank you,

Joe D. (a delighted customer)
