The R&R Story
What does BBQ have to do with railroads? The railroad theme is simply a way of celebrating our origins. Our original restaurant, opened in 1998, was located next to railroad tracks. And our owners, Bob Critz and Rob Emore, share the name “Robert.” R&R seemed like a logical choice when the two friends went into business together.
But Bob and Rob share more than a name. They also share a love for vinegar-base BBQ. The business, like the friendship, has continued to grow and evolve. But you can be sure that some things – like good food, friendly staff and welcoming surroundings, won’t ever change.
